"OUTLAUGH"-SUMMER PUTS THE ER IN FUNNER ... OR WHATEVER. This summer L.A. is getting treated to festival of some of the funniest LGBTs in the business — Outlaugh. The four nights include skeetch comedy, stand-up and alternative comedy. In addition, the festival benefits L.A. Shanti, an organization providing support for people with life threatening diseases. This is theatre meets a conscience with a ton of laughs. The line up includes, Ant, Bob Smith, The Nellie Olesons, Stephanie Howard, The Gay Mafia, Andre Kelley, Jason Dudey, Jerry Calumn, Jen Slausser, Roy Cruz, Page Hurwitz, Karen Ripley, Jason Stuart, Ariana, Charlie Vaughn, Bobaloo, Sabrina Matthew, Bill Cruz, DJ ZAK, and who could forget that German God Reichen from the Amazing Race, as the special guest. It runs July 28 - 31, July 28th and 29th at 8:30 p.m., July 30th at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. and July 31st at 7:30 p.m. Highways Performance Space, 1651 18th Street. $20 suggested donation, but pay what you can.
